Clinic Director (NP or PA) – Part-Time (3 Days/Week)
Gameday Men’s Health Northbay is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established clinic in Napa as Clinic Director.

This is a part-time, 3-day-per-week role with a consistent schedule, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalized care in a concierge medical setting while serving as a key clinical leader within the practice.
Schedule
- 3 set days per week, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No weekends or holidays
About the Role
As Clinic Director, you’ll provide direct patient care while supporting clinical standards, continuity of care, and the overall patient experience. You’ll work with an established patient base, delivering consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care in hormone optimization, performance medicine, and sexual health. Our clinics offer cutting-edge treatments, including peptide therapy, PRP, and shockwave therapy.
Our practices operate as cash-pay, concierge medical clinics, allowing providers the time and flexibility to educate patients and recommend thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. This role is ideal for an NP or PA who is comfortable discussing treatment options and guiding patients through care decisions in a cash-pay environment.
As our Northbay footprint continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to build long-term continuity with patients and the care team, with the option to take on additional clinical leadership responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- CA-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
- Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, or men’s health preferred
- Confident communicating and recommending treatment plans in a cash-pay setting
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working across two locations
- Interest in clinical leadership and maintaining high standards of care
- Team-oriented and engaged in day-to-day clinic operations
