Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, for a Clinic Director (NP/PA) at Gameday Men’s Health. The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored treatments. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The Clinic Director will also play a role in fostering patient trust and satisfaction through excellent communication and care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Urology is helpful
- Experience in medspa/concierge type medical practice very helpful
- Expertise in Healthcare operations and patient care management
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and staff
- Active NP or PA licensure in Wisconsin
- Passion for men’s health and wellness is highly valued
