How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance and risk management solutions. You’ll lead the renewal process, working with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. By fostering trust and providing ongoing support, you’ll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and balance priorities will be key to your success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10 years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1 years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
- A knack for explaining complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
- Comfort with technology to enhance productivity and service quality.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Works in a self-directed manner.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
