How you'll make an impact
Primarily focused on process management and continuous improvements, position responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. With additional concentration within performance management, business analysis, issue resolution, implementation and training, responsibilities further include: working with leadership and internal teams to identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives; Establishing and monitoring performance metrics; Acting as liaison on support for system issues, requirements/enhancements, and training/communication development; Analyzing and reengineering business processes; and Crafting and presenting actionable recommendations and collaborating on the implementation of solutions. Technical project/program management work requires the incumbent to have some foundational knowledge in the specific area in order to advise on scope changes, QA and other more technical aspects of the project. Managing, executing, and supporting operational improvement projects for varied business operations. Serves as program subject matter expert associated with content, processes, procedures and/or systems.

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years business operations and/or project management experience required. Strong business acumen. Adept with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred: Insurance industry experience desirable.
Behaviors: Ability to interface successfully with all levels of professionals. Works effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships. Keeps up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise. Good problem-solving skills.
