How you'll make an impact
- Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance.
- Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher’s systems and tools.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.
About You
Required:
- School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
