The Client Service Leader is responsible for leading a team of client service managers while actively participating in client service delivery. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client service professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.

Client Service Delivery:
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex client issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive risk management strategies.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement client service strategies that align with Gallagher's business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve client outcomes.

Communication and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Represent Gallagher at industry events and networking opportunities.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5 years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10 years client service and/or claims management experience. 1 years supervisory experience. Life & Health licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client service within the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
