Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our client portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Your energetic approach will help identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand the client base.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company goals while providing value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft customized solutions that address client challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze account performance.
  • Provide leadership within your team by sharing insights, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within a technology or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and technical sales processes is highly desirable.
