Job Description:
We are hiring a Project Controls / Cost Analyst for a large construction capital program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting reviews
• Support change orders, contract amendments, budget transfers, and purchase requests
• Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and scheduling teams on cost control and risk management
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and project performance updates
• Ensure compliance with cost management procedures and reporting standards
• Support contractor payment reviews and project closeout activities.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls or cost management within construction programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Proliance, Deltek Costpoint, or similar systems
• Experience working on large capital or educational facility projects.
