We are partnering with a growing Oklahoma City organization seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to join their accounting operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting month-end processes in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily and month-end account reconciliations
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to financial transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and financial reports
• Assist with internal reporting and audit preparation activities
• Support accounting projects and operational initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial information
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting support, reconciliations, bookkeeping, or financial operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
