Overview
We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support our C-suite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a critical role that goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will serve as a true strategic partner in managing the C-suite’s time, priorities, and overall effectiveness.
This role requires someone with proven experience supporting C-suite executives who can operate with discretion, confidence, and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, and comfortable managing both business and select personal support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of complex calendar management and scheduling across business and personal priorities
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, including board-level preparation and materials
- Domestic and occasional international travel planning, logistics, and itinerary management
- Event coordination and planning support for leadership meetings, company events, and external engagements
- Acting as gatekeeper and primary liaison between C-suite and internal/external stakeholders
- Project management support across various CEO and leadership initiatives
- Personal assistance as needed (e.g., errands, appointments, etc.)
- Ensuring C-suite is fully prepared and briefed for all meetings and commitments
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years minimum experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership
- Strong background as an Executive Assistant (not limited to general admin or event coordination roles)
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-level executive coordination
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in or exposure to construction, real estate, or homebuilding industries is a plus, but not required
