Market Analyst duties:
- Managing carrier RFPs and renewal marketing processes
- Analyzing plan designs, utilization trends, and proposal comparisons
- Partnering closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and carrier partners
- Supporting client strategy through detailed financial and benefits analysis
- Working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters
Market Analyst Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with renewals, quoting, carrier marketing, or plan analysis within insurance industry
- Working knowledge and experience with employee benefits
- Understanding of fully insured, level-funded, and/or self-funded plans strongly preferred
- High attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines and priorities
