Customer Service Coordinator,

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support internal customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal employees and departmental representatives, providing high-quality customer service and support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable communicating with individuals at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Act as a liaison between internal customers and various departments across the division.
• Enter reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order systems.
• Create and manage work orders using software platforms utilized by division partners.
• Coordinate with department groups to support customer events.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Education Requirements

• Associate’s degree (2-year degree) REQUIRED
• Degree in a business-related field strongly preferred

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday
• Shift options: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No regular overtime; any additional hours must be manager-approved.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $17.87 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
