This role is responsible for daily reconciliations, customer account maintenance, and supporting the manager through month-end close.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply and reconcile customer payments from multiple platforms and daily cash receipts.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
- Process refunds and internal transfers as needed.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Support month-end close activities and annual audits.
- Communicate with internal departments and external customers to address account or payment-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related accounting functions preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
