Cleanroom Production Technician (2nd Shift)

Cleanroom Production Technician - 2nd Shift - Concord, MA
Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm (EST) (Heavy OT Expected)

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components in a cleanroom environment.
• Read, interpret, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions accurately.
• Operate manual hand tools and power tools as required for assembly and validation tasks.
• Safely use material handling equipment as needed (training/certification provided).
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify issues with systems, sub-systems, and ancillary components during the manufacturing process.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with team members, engineers, and supervisors.
• Accurately complete all manufacturing documentation and records related to production activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable and proficient using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust to a flexible schedule based on production needs.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.
• Quality-focused, reliable, and a strong team player with clear communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a cleanroom setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
