Work Schedule
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
As a Flight Line Technician, you will:
- Provide flight line services, including marshalling aircraft, greeting customers, fueling, towing, and aircraft support
- Conduct daily safety inspections of fuel facilities, vehicles, equipment, and airport grounds
- Operate sales systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Perform routine security patrols of airport property
- Complete light custodial and general maintenance duties across facilities and equipment
- Operate UNICOM radio to assist arriving and departing aircraft
- Support team operations by covering duties as needed and assisting maintenance staff
- Participate in on-call rotation outside regular hours
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have held it for at least 2 years.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 2 years of experience in aviation or related environment
- Completion of Avfuel Flightline Training Course required within 60 days of employment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requires moderate physical effort lifting and/or pushing of materials of up to 50 pounds - including but not limited to walking and standing, talking, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, reaching and gripping. Must be able to climb ladders with agility.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Heated and air-conditioned office. The worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions. Must be able to report to work during adverse weather conditions, as directed.
