What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
As a Swim Team Coach, you will:
- Plan and lead swim team practices.
- Organize and coordinate swim meets in collaboration with the Shenandoah Valley Swim League.
- Supervise practices and swim meets, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and league representatives.
- Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Represent Frederick County Parks & Recreation with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must possess certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR.
