- Prepare truck beds and other surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Apply LINE-X coatings using specialized spray equipment
- Ensure proper thickness and even application across all surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment
- Assist with general shop operations as needed
- Previous experience in automotive, body shop, or spray application preferred (not required — willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to perform hands-on work and stand for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Experience with bed liners, coatings, or paint spraying ( Not REQ)
- Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
