Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and recommended services
• Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Update customers regarding changes in timing, pricing, or additional repairs
• Explain completed repairs and charges clearly
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Keep the service drive and work area organized and professional
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advising experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
