Collision Body Technician

Fred Martin Collision Center — a top-rated shop in the Greater Akron area — is looking for a high-level Collision Body Technician who knows how to move metal, diagnose damage, and turn hours.

We run a busy shop with consistent work. If you’re tired of slow weeks, poor estimates, or shops that hold you back, this is where you step up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full teardown and accurate damage assessment
• Read and work directly from repair estimates — communicate supplements when needed
• Perform repairs to OEM, I-Car, and AllData standards
• Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work
• Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• Collision experience across all makes & models
• Strong diagnostic ability — not just a parts changer
• Ability to produce in a flat-rate environment
• Team player who doesn’t slow the shop down
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
