The primary responsibility of this role is assisting with the processing and completion of vehicle deal paperwork to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.

The primary responsibility of this role is assisting with the processing and completion of vehicle deal paperwork to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble, review, and organize vehicle deal packets
- Prepare and submit paperwork to banks and lenders
- Scan, upload, and electronically file documents
- Process outgoing packages through FedEx/UPS
- Verify contracts, titles, and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Maintain organized records and assist with document tracking
- Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Comfortable with computers, scanning systems, and office equipment
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Entry-level position — automotive dealership or office experience is a plus, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to frequently use stairs throughout the day and regularly lift/carry paperwork or packages weighing 5-10 lbs.
