Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Greet clients, manage appointments, and provide clear, consistent communication regarding vehicle status.
- Service Coordination: Partner closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are scheduled efficiently and parts are ordered accurately.
- Consultative Estimates: Assist preparing detailed repair estimates and educate customers on routine maintenance and proactive care.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain organized service records, process invoices, and assist with shop opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically.
