Overview:
Integrated Wealth Management in Green, OH is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team! If you excel at client service, enjoy working one-on-one with clients, and are passionate about building long-term relationships, this is your opportunity. You’ll help ensure smooth daily operations while providing outstanding support to clients and prospects through a variety of industry-specific tasks. What you’ll do:
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step
- Complete and process new business applications
- Complete and process client service work
- Maintain database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business
- Submit any additional client contributions to appropriate account
- Accurately document client interactions and conversation details in the database
- Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendment
- Prepare all new accounts for delivery and schedule delivery meeting with the client
- Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requests
- Support advisors with pre-appointment preparation by gathering required materials and forms
- Generate accurate and detailed monthly reports highlighting key metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years’ experience in the financial industry
- Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
- Embraces change and adapts quickly to evolving processes
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus!

- $45k - $50k based on experience quarterly bonus opportunity

Schedule:
- In office: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- In office: Friday’s, 8:30am – 1:00pm
