We are seeking a full-time client service representative. The ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented, organized, flexible and has a diverse set of skills.
The role will entail the use and management of software tools, paperwork processing, record keeping and general client servicing. Responsibilities include- research, analysis, meeting preparation, accurate record keeping, processing and documentation. By supporting the advisors and the team as a whole, you will enjoy a collaborative environment while serving the clients that we work for in a fiduciary capacity.
Financial, accounting, banking or payroll background is a plus.
