Senior Systems Analyst – Intapp Open (Cloud) | Hybrid, Boston | $135,000 - $155,000 w/ 20% bonus
About the Opportunity
We’re partnered with a leading global professional services firm looking to hire a Senior Systems Analyst to join their Business Technology team.
This is a high-impact role focused on owning and evolving the firm’s Intapp Open Cloud environment, supporting critical functions across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Conflicts.
You’ll join a growing, collaborative team with strong internal visibility and the opportunity to shape how systems and processes evolve.
The Role
This position offers a balanced mix of development (50%) and production support (50%), with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Intapp Open (Cloud)
- Designing, building, and enhancing workflows, forms, and integrations
- Supporting business-critical applications and resolving complex issues
- Performing root cause analysis and identifying trends to implement preventative solutions
- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Leading or contributing to mid-to-large-scale system initiatives
- Documenting processes and mentoring junior team members
Key Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with strong technical expertise and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills:
- Experience with Intapp Open
- Hands-on experience with Boomi / Intapp Integration Services (IIS)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Nice to have:
- Power Automate or other automation tools
- Experience with Elite 3E
- Exposure to C#
- Boomi certifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years’ experience (typically 8–15 years preferred)
- Background as a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise systems
- Experience in professional services or legal environments is beneficial
- Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills
