We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across large enterprise accounts for a growing SaaS organisation, managing complex sales cycles within enterprise organisations. You will be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound activity and converting qualified inbound opportunities, while engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Initially reporting to the RVP Sales, this role is expected to play a key part in the growth of the enterprise sales function, with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities as the team expands.
The role:
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and account-based activity
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature
- Lead discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records
- Work closely with internal teams to support successful deal outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions into enterprise organisations
- Track record of delivering new business revenue growth
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong outbound business development capability
- Commercially aware with effective negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Organised approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology tools
- Previous leadership experience is not required
