IT Support Specialist
We’re looking to add an IT Support Specialist to a collaborative, four-person support team based in Hackensack, NJ. This role focuses on delivering hands-on technical support across end-user systems and contributing to a high-service, professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows environments and productivity tools
- Support and facilitate virtual meetings using common conferencing platforms
- Track and manage hardware inventory and device lifecycle
- Log, update, and resolve tickets within an internal ticketing system
- Follow established processes and maintain clear, detailed documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Exposure to document management systems (experience with legal-focused platforms is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and procedures
Additional Details:
- Occasional travel to nearby office locations every few months, with additional trips tied to office expansions or projects
- Flexibility to assist with coverage during planned or unplanned absences, including occasional extended hours
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in a professional services environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
