FlexStaff is hiring a full time Help Desk Technician .The position will be at a leading law firm. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Document all support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have significant experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word), and iManage (strongly preferred).
- The Firm is seeking impeccable customer service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ownership of their work.
- Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly.
- The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required by a team member every few months, along with a couple of additional trips each year by some team members for office buildouts and expansions.
- The position also requires flexibility to provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours to cover planned and unplanned PTO.
- A law firm or professional services background is preferred. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is also preferred.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.
