Identity Management Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer to support a 1,500-person environment in achieving regulatory compliance. This is a high-priority contract role with a fast-moving regulatory deadline, providing a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage identity solutions including Entra, Okta, MyApps, and Microsoft Security Suite
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and support audit readiness
- Work independently while following strategic direction from leadership
- Collaborate with security teams and external services (e.g., Arctic Wolf) as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in identity management or related IT security roles
- Hands-on experience with Entra, Okta, MyApps, Microsoft Security Suite
- Strong ability to operate independently while taking guidance when needed
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and security frameworks
- Nice to have: experience with Arctic Wolf or similar managed security services
