Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an HR Intern:
- Process onboarding for newly hired employees
- Assist with annual audits and special projects
- Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry
- Assist with health insurance enrollments
- Collaborate closely with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
- Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
- Spanish fluency is a plus
