A Day in the Life of a Billing Specialist
- Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service
- Connect with customers to resolve billing issues; collect payments, release invoices, data entry
- Contacting customers by phone, email, mail, and by text
- Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail
- Consistent full-time work schedule - 8hr shifts between 6 AM-6 PM
What is needed to be successful?
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- College Degree (preferred, but not required)
- At least 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Happy, positive personality with a willingness to improve
- Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
- Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
