- Design seasonal collections for newborn, infant, and toddler apparel
- Create flat sketches, prints, and develop tech packs
- Garment construction, fit, and sizing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations
Requirements:
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong technical design skills
- Retail design experience with strong consumer understanding
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Graphic and Print Design
- Advanced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of creating seamless repeats
- Strong attention to detail
