The Vice President (VP) will play a leading role in originating, structuring, and executing structured finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sector, with a primary focus on data centers. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure finance, credit markets, and rapidly evolving digital asset classes, requiring both technical financial expertise and sector-specific insight.
The VP will be responsible for transaction execution, client relationship management, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives across the digital infrastructure platform.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in structured/project finance or infrastructure investing
- Experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, or telecom preferred
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
- Proven transaction execution experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Salary : $250,000 - $275,000
