The Fourfound Group Is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our clients Renewables Investment Banking team. The role will support senior bankers covering North America and Latin America, with responsibilities spanning the origination and execution of financing and M&A transactions across renewable energy, energy transition, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions across renewables and infrastructure
- Work directly with two senior team members across North America and LatAm, managing priorities across both coverage areas
- Build and maintain advanced financial models (project finance, structured finance, valuation, and M&A)
- Analyze investment opportunities and financing structures across energy assets (solar, wind, BESS, hydro, etc.)
- Assist in structuring and executing project finance and structured finance transactions
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong experience across: M&A & Project Finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills, particularly in project finance and infrastructure
- Experience in renewable energy, energy transition, or infrastructure preferred
- Fluent Spanish speaking ability
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
