Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds and replace linens and towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and guest room surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest room supplies
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management
- Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies
- Clean assigned public areas as needed
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests
- Assist other housekeeping team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule:
- Day shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Hours may vary based on hotel occupancy and business needs
