Four Points by Sheraton Eastham is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy providing exceptional guest service in a welcoming hotel environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Our bartender is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by preparing quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing outstanding customer service to both hotel guests and local patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and Massachusetts liquor laws.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, kitchen, and hotel staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- TIPS Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
- Evening shifts, typically 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays required
