Key Responsibilities
- Help install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related accessories
- Support users with basic software and hardware issues
- Assist with operating system setup and standard application installation
- Record issues and resolutions in the support system
- Help prepare devices for new joiners and internal teams
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Follow standard service and security procedures
Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- Interest in desktop systems and user support
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Good communication and troubleshooting approach
- Ability to learn quickly and work well with guidance
