About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst who can lead business analysis initiatives, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Analyse complex business processes and identify optimisation opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and process documentation
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success
- Support UAT, validation, and successful implementation of solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in business analysis
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Advanced experience with requirement gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Preferred
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master
- Experience working on enterprise-level project
