About the Role
We are looking for a Junior IT Support team member to help users with basic technical issues and day-to-day IT support tasks. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, communicates well, and has a strong interest in technology. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for basic hardware, software, and account-related issues
- Assist employees with password resets, system access, and general troubleshooting
- Log and track support requests accurately
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Support setup of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Maintain a helpful and professional approach when assisting users
- Follow internal IT processes and security guidelines
Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- Basic understanding of computers, email, and common workplace software
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple simple tasks
