Forsyth Barnes is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our growing NYC office. This is a B2B recruitment sales role designed for people with outbound or client-facing sales experience who want to build a long-term commercial career.
You’ll work in the eTail technology market, partnering with brands including Macy’s, Nike, Lululemon, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s.
The role
This is not a pure top-of-funnel sales role. You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment sales process: winning clients, sourcing candidates, managing conversations, negotiating offers and closing placements.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and networking
- Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Developing your own client base
- Sourcing and headhunting specialist technology talent
- Managing client and candidate conversations
- Closing placements and earning commission
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for early-career salespeople with 6 months’ sales, outbound, lead generation, B2B or target-driven experience.
You may currently be an SDR, BDR, Sales Representative, Lead Generator, Inside Sales Rep, Account Executive, Real Estate Agent, Automotive Sales Executive, or working in another target-driven sales role.
You’ll do well here if you are:
