Middle Office Analyst - $80,000 - $95,000 Base Salary DOE – Hybrid 3 days in office (NY Midtown)
Job Description
Our client continues to grow and is expanding its Middle Office team across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team while helping to create an effective delivery model that supports the broking team in closing deals more efficiently.
The role also offers excellent opportunities for internal and external training across a range of subjects, including Excel, problem solving, data management, data visualisation, and more. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to support the charitable work of the Texel Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with brokers and clients to create and maintain policy documentation.
- Generate and maintain Credit Insurance repayment schedules.
- Ensure internal processes and controls are followed.
- Support and drive the use of appropriate tools and systems for policy management.
- Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent Excel skills, preferably including VBA.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative team player who is happy to support a variety of tasks.
- Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering successful outcomes.
- Ability to take ownership of work and be accountable for deliverables.
- A pragmatic approach to working with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with overseas offices is advantageous.
- Previous knowledge of Credit Insurance and/or Political Risk is beneficial.
