Forsyth Barnes is hiring Graduate Sales Executives to join our growing NYC office. This is a B2B recruitment sales role in the eTail technology market, working with brands including Macy’s, Nike, Lululemon, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s.
You’ll be trained to build client relationships, generate new business, source talent, manage processes, negotiate offers and close placements.
What you’ll do
- Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and networking
- Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Source and headhunt high-calibre technology talent
- Manage client and candidate conversations
- Negotiate offers, close placements and earn commission
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for recent graduates, ideally from the last 4 years, who are ambitious, resilient and commercially minded.
B2B sales experience is ideal, but we’re also interested in people who have shown drive through sport, leadership, internships, fundraising, societies, part-time work, or other target-driven environments.
