Forsyth Barnes is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our NYC office. This is a B2B recruitment sales role where you’ll learn how to win clients, build relationships, source talent, manage processes and close deals.
We work in the eTail technology market, partnering with brands including Macy’s, Nike, Lululemon, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s to help them build high-performing technology teams.
The role
You’ll be trained to become a full-cycle sales consultant, managing both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process.
You’ll learn how to:
- Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and networking
- Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Develop your own specialist market
- Source and headhunt technology talent
- Manage interviews, feedback and offers
- Close placements and earn commission
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for ambitious people early in their career who want more than a standard sales job.
You may be a recent graduate, have some B2B sales experience, or have worked in a target-driven role such as sales, fundraising, lead generation, real estate, automotive sales, athletics, hospitality sales, memberships or customer-facing roles.
