Forsyth Barnes is hiring ambitious BDRs, SDRs, Lead Generators, and early-career salespeople to join our New York office in a recruitment sales role.
This is not a pure appointment-setting role. You’ll be trained to win clients, source candidates, manage processes, and close placements.

You’ll build your own market in the eTail technology recruitment space, working with global brands including Macy’s, Nike, Lululemon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s and more.
What you’ll do
- Prospect new clients
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Speak with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Build a pipeline of client relationships
- Source and headhunt candidates
- Manage client and candidate conversations
- Close placements and earn commission
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal if you have 6 months of sales experience, especially outbound sales, SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation, door-to-door, real estate, automotive, or similar.
You’ll need to be confident, competitive, resilient, money-motivated, energetic, and coachable.
