This is a highly visible role working directly with the CTO, responsible for owning and evolving the company's internal technology platforms. You'll partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Customer teams to deliver technology initiatives that improve business performance, streamline processes and drive measurable commercial valu

• iesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of internal technology platforms, from implementation through continuous improveme

Required Experi

• ence5 years' experience within Product Management, Business Analysis or Technology Deliv
• ery.Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM or other SaaS applicati
• ons.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical teams and senior business lead
• ers.Proven experience gathering requirements, prioritising backlogs and delivering business-focused technology soluti
• ons.Experience driving user adoption, organisational change and process improvement initiati
• ves.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodolog
• ies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outco
• mes.Highly organised with strong project management and problem-solving capabilit
