What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through residential outreach, community engagement, and face-to-face consultations.
- Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products and services, recommending customized solutions that align with their needs and goals.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and account growth.
