Traveling Superintendent | Ground-Up Multifamily Construction
Location: First project in the Indianapolis area, with future projects throughout the Columbus and Dayton, OH markets.
Compensation: $160,000–$185,000 base salary annual bonus opportunity up to $35,000

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects valued between $20M-$50M
- Oversee all daily jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project schedules
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and field teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects (required)
- Experience managing projects in the $20M-$50M range
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel for project assignments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000-$185,000
