What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electromechanical equipment at customer facilities.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls.
- Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Complete service documentation and maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
- Travel independently throughout the assigned territory while providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow all safety procedures while working in industrial manufacturing environments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of field service, industrial maintenance, or equipment service experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motors, sensors, wiring, and voltage.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Comfortable traveling up to 85-90% regionally, including occasional overnight travel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
