Quality Control Manager – Commercial Mechanical Construction
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Compensation: Up to $150,000 Performance Bonuses Employee Ownership Company Vehicle
An established, employee-owned commercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality initiatives across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Southwest Florida.

What You'll Do
- Lead regional quality control efforts across commercial mechanical construction projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents before work begins.
- Perform field inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and code compliance.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to improve installation quality.
- Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and verify successful completion.
- Develop and improve quality control procedures, documentation, and reporting.
- Help create and deliver training programs for field leadership.
- Participate in constructability reviews and preconstruction planning.
- Support commissioning activities and successful project turnover.
- Drive continuous improvement across multiple projects and field teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading Quality Control or Quality Assurance on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, or mechanical construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience coaching and developing superintendents, foremen, and field personnel.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commercial mechanical contracting experience is highly preferred.
