Project Manager β Mechanical Construction
Location: Greater Milwaukee, WI
A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical construction projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs, labor, procurement, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Support multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 5 years of Project Management experience within HVAC, MEP, or mechanical construction
- Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or large commercial projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction logistics, job costing, project financials, and scheduling
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or similar platforms
