Logistics Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay: $24–$27/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Your morning kicks off by reviewing the day’s outbound orders and lining up carrier pickups. You confirm counts, weights, and paperwork, then package, label, and stage customer shipments so they leave on time. As trucks arrive, you receive incoming materials—checking packing slips, verifying quantities and weights, and inspecting product condition before updating inventory with a barcode scanner.

Midday, you’re moving smoothly between the dock and production—picking and issuing parts to the floor, prepping skids, shrink-wrapping, banding, and creating bills of lading and shipping labels. You might load or unload using a forklift, or take the company truck for a quick local pickup or delivery to a customer or vendor.

In the afternoon, you prepare loads for outside processing such as heat treat and plating, keep the warehouse organized, and capture accurate shipping/receiving records in the system. When needed, you lend a hand with light deburring and cleaning/degreasing so everything ships to spec.

• Prepare, package, label, and verify outbound customer shipments
• Receive and inspect inbound materials and products; reconcile counts, weights, and packing slips
• Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate with vendors and customers
• Create bills of lading and shipping labels; maintain accurate documentation
• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to process inventory transactions
• Pick and issue materials to production
• Prepare shipments for outside vendors, including heat treaters and platers
• Shrink-wrap, band, skid, and package finished goods
• Maintain precise inventory and shipping/receiving records
• Assist with light deburring and cleaning/degreasing of parts as needed
• Keep the shipping area and warehouse clean and organized
• Drive a company truck for occasional local pickups and deliveries

• Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations, ideally in manufacturing
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfort using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory systems
• Accuracy with quantities, weights, and shipping documents
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple shipments
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with local company deliveries
• Reliable, strong work ethic
